Boots - Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Monday, March 16
Saddle up for a premium experience at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo on March 16! Embark Monday evening from the Woodlands Resort on a party bus to NRG Stadium to watch the Houston Rodeo and concert performances in a private suite.
Schedule for Monday, March 16
For Guests joining us on the bus to event:
4:15 PM: Registration and Check-in at the front desk lobby of The Woodlands Resort (2301 N Millbend Dr, The Woodlands, TX 77380)
4:45 PM: Buses leave for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. Please note that the buses have a tight schedule and cannot wait for late arrivals. If you find yourself running late, please consider using a rideshare app and joining us in the suite later in the evening.
There will be water provided on the buses, however no food or alcoholic beverages provided. Please consider bringing a light snack if you think you might need it!
6:00 PM: Arrive at NRG Stadium
6:30 PM: Enter the suite for the Rodeo and concert performance. Our suite for this evening will include a full dinner and open bar.
6:45 PM: Rodeo Begins.
9:00 PM: Concert Begins.
10:00 PM: Concert Ends and travel back to the buses for transportation to the Woodlands Resort.
10:30 PM: Departure of Buses to the Woodlands Resort. Please note that the buses will leave shortly after the concert ends! If you miss the return bus, please consider using a rideshare app.

Birdies - Woodlands Country Club
Tuesday, March 17
Join us on Tuesday for our third annual golf tournament at our new location, the Woodlands Country Club. Bring your A-game for the shotgun start scramble! Keep your eye out for various skill contests on both courses. Following golf please join us for an awards ceremony and reception at the Woodlands Resort.
Rental Clubs: The deadline to request rental clubs is Wednesday, March 11. Request clubs by filling out this form!
We will be golfing the North and West Courses at The Woodlands Country Club. The best address for the course is 2311 N. Millbend Drive, The Woodlands, TX 77380. There are multiple courses at WCC, please note that the courses we are playing are located right next to the Woodlands Resort Hilton Hotel.
9:30 AM Registration: Join us at Bag Drop to check-in! Following check in please grab your gift and enjoy a light breakfast!
11:00AM Shotgun Start: North and West Courses. Lunch will be served on the course!
4:00 PM Cocktail Hour: Following play join us at Forest Deck for a cocktail hour!
5:00 PM Program and Reception: Join us on Forest Deck to celebrate the successes of the Global for Good Fund and your day on the course!
Woodlands Resort
It is recommended to book your stay at the Woodlands Resort! The hotel room block has closed, however feel free to contact the Resort reservations line directly by calling 281-367-1100.
Rodeo & Golfer Registration
Registration options for the rodeo, single golfers and groups of four are available below. The deadline for registration is Monday, February 16.
All packages must be paid in full to the Global for Good Fund Inc. prior to the event.
